The Core programme is named to represent the centre, a foundation, or nucleus from which leaders can plan how best to use their behaviour to influence others. The two day course provides a complete understanding of the Situational Leadership® model and how to use it.
The course is a mixture of hands on experience of diagnosing situations and practical real life applications. This is a highly interactive workshop and utilises on line diagnostics as well as video/DVD based scenarios for skill practice.
In addition to learning the Situational Leadership® model and how to use it, you will also have your own 360 degree Situational Leadership® profile. This will enable you to identify your development needs and to compare your self perception with that of others who know you.
