Phase 1
This involves our working with you to identify your own
objectives from attending the programme alongside your organisation’s
requirements as a result of attendance.
Phase 2
This involves a 3 day training event (Note this is 2
days followed by a third at a later date) where you will experience the
Situational Leadership® programme as a participant on days 1 and 2. Then
you will have a gap of no more than three weeks to prepare material to
present, based on your own organisational Situational Leadership®
programme. You will have agreed to purchase the Licensed Training Kit
materials at the end of day 2 and these are essential for you to prepare
your section of the programme. If your organisation does not purchase
the Licensed Trainer Kit you cannot proceed beyond day 2 and cannot become
Accredited to deliver Situational Leadership® training.
You will also complete a detailed action plan and agree
this with us, along with a plan to show evidence in support of this. This will also
include a "Feedforward" plan for future action goals.
Phase 3 (Optional)
Post training we can continue working with you. We can
observe your first delivery as a trainer in your organisation and we also
provide coaching to increase your capacity to train Situational Leadership®.

OBJECTIVES
Participants will learn to to deliver a programme which will:
- Explain the concept of leadership and its importance to effective
performance.
- Improve workforce commitment through diagnosing Readiness levels and
matching with the correct style.
- Increase the leader's and staff's probabilities for success by using
Situational Leadership® as a
performance management process.
