Accreditation and Licensing

Situational Leadership® is a copyrighted and registered trademarked training program. The concepts around Situational Leadership® are protected under standard copyright laws. In order to offer this training to your staff, an organisation must sign a license agreement with Leadership Development - Situational Solutions.

Accreditation for In-House Trainers

Accreditation is awarded to a trainer who successfully completes a course designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver Situational Leadership® training. It allows the trainer to deliver licensed Situational Leadership® training within their own organisation. This training requires to be supported by the necessary materials, including an Administration Resource Kit (see below), participant manuals, questionnaires and ancillary items. The cost of participants’ materials is negotiated depending on contents and expected numbers.
The one off Accreditation training currently costs £1950.00 per person + £2550.00 for Trainer materials, £4500.00 total + VAT.
Additional on-site observation and coaching £950.00 per day plus expenses.

Licensing or In-House delivery

A Licensed Administration Resource Kit must be purchased by every organisation wishing to use their Accredited trainers to deliver Situational Leadership® training in-house. It is valid for the host organisation only, and remains valid for as long as the organisation purchases a minimum number of participant manuals and support materials. The Kit contains all the trainer resources necessary to deliver the programme.  It can be supplied in various formats from DVD based to transparencies and video.

The Licensed Administration Resource Kit is included in the total cost quoted above.
