| Leadership is an
attempt to influence and Power is our influence potential The one-day Power and
Influence programme takes an in-depth look at both positional and
personal power and describes the seven bases of power that support
the Situational Leadership®

The power base(s) that is used by an individual is a critical part of their capacity to

power bases, including how they can be measured and positively utilised or

- Full understand the direct links between a
person's power base, their style and the readiness levels of their

- Determine how and when to successfully use a
particular power base, and when it is better avoided.
